1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of The St. Gabriel's Pre-University ("Institution," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, students, prospective students, parents/guardians, and any other users of our website and educational services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and changes will be effective upon posting to this page.

2. Educational Services

The St. Gabriel's Pre-University provides pre-university educational programs including Foundation, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Pre-Masters, Graduate Diploma, and Top-Up Degree programs in partnership with accredited institutions.

Program Delivery: We strive to deliver all programs as described in our course materials. However, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to program content, schedules, teaching methods, and assessment criteria to maintain educational quality and comply with accreditation requirements.

Accreditation: Our programs are accredited by ATHE (Awards for Training and Higher Education) and regulated by Ofqual. Degree programs are awarded in partnership with the University of Bolton, UK.

Language of Instruction: All programs are delivered in English. Students are expected to meet the minimum English language proficiency requirements as stated in our admission criteria.

Academic Calendar: The academic calendar, including term dates, examination periods, and holidays, is published at the beginning of each academic year and may be subject to reasonable modifications.

3. Admission & Enrollment

Application Process: All applications must be submitted through our official channels (website application form or in-person at our campus). Submission of an application does not guarantee admission.

Admission Requirements: Each program has specific entry requirements regarding academic qualifications, English proficiency, and age. Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee admission, as places are limited and subject to availability.

Document Authenticity: Applicants must submit genuine and accurate documents. Submission of fraudulent or falsified documents will result in immediate rejection or expulsion, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Enrollment Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of all required documents, acceptance of the offer letter, and payment of the required fees. Students must complete enrollment within the specified deadline.

Withdrawal of Offer: The Institution reserves the right to withdraw an offer of admission if the applicant fails to meet conditions, provides false information, or does not complete enrollment by the deadline.

4. Tuition Fees & Payment

Fee Structure: Tuition fees are published on our website and are subject to annual review. The fees applicable at the time of enrollment will be communicated in the offer letter.

Payment Terms: Tuition fees must be paid in full before the start of each semester, unless an installment plan has been approved in writing. Late payment may result in suspension of access to classes and academic resources.

Installment Plans: Students may apply for installment payment plans subject to approval. Approved installment schedules must be strictly followed.

Additional Costs: Tuition fees do not include textbooks, personal equipment, examination re-sit fees, certificate replacement fees, or living expenses unless explicitly stated.

Fee Adjustments: The Institution reserves the right to adjust fees for subsequent academic years with reasonable notice. Current students will be informed of any changes at least 3 months in advance.

Non-Refundable Fees: Application fees and registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Refund Policy

Withdrawal Before Program Start: Students who withdraw at least 30 days before the program start date are eligible for a refund of tuition fees minus an administrative fee of IDR 5,000,000.

Withdrawal Within First 2 Weeks: Students who withdraw within the first 14 days of the program may receive a 50% refund of tuition fees for the current semester.

Withdrawal After 2 Weeks: No refund of tuition fees will be provided for withdrawals after the first 14 days of the program.

Visa Rejection: Students who are unable to obtain a student visa may apply for a full refund of tuition fees (minus administrative fees) upon providing official visa rejection documentation.

Dismissal: Students dismissed for academic misconduct, disciplinary reasons, or violation of these Terms are not eligible for any refund.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval.

6. Student Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain high standards of personal and academic conduct:

Academic Integrity: Plagiarism, cheating, fabrication of data, and any form of academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action including expulsion.

Attendance: Students must maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80% for all classes. Failure to meet attendance requirements may affect academic standing and visa status.

Respectful Behavior: Students must treat all members of the institution community (staff, fellow students, visitors) with respect and dignity. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, and violent behavior are strictly prohibited.

Campus Rules: Students must comply with all campus rules including dress code, facility usage guidelines, and safety regulations.

Legal Compliance: Students must comply with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, including immigration and visa requirements.

Disciplinary Process: Violations of the code of conduct will be addressed through a fair disciplinary process, which may include warnings, suspension, or expulsion depending on the severity of the offense.
